One fall outerwear piece that I wear the most would have to be blazers. B is for “business” and naturally “blazers”. My favorite way to wear them are with pants to create a power suit look. I try to get complete suits when I can because by buying the set, I’m actually gaining at least 4-5 outfits. I can style them together with different shoe options and style them as separates with other pieces I have in my closet.
A close 2nd fave would be styling them with jumpsuits. I do this the most when I’m running late and I don’t have time to think about my look. I tried wearing them with dresses and skirts earlier this year in my Plus Size Safari Inspired Outfit Post and I was loved it so I’ll be doing that more often.
Last but not least adding a blazer to a basic top and denim outfit is what I usually wear to work on “casual denim Fridays”. On less chilly days I style my blazers with light long sleeve tops and tshirts. Heavier knits and materials like wool are best for colder fall temps.
