This year has certainly brought a lot of joy into my family’s life with our relocation to Florida for a better life and all the blessings that followed with that leap up faith. So I wanted to literally share the joy with this wall decor for the season.
Supplies
- Festive Foil Garland
- Foam Board
- Glue Gun & Sticks
- Box Cutter
- Pins
Using a stencil or free hand, write the word on the poster board. To get a solid stencil, I wrote the word and then I traced about a 1/2 an inch away from the initial line on either side. Next I cut the words out using a box cutter.
Add glue to the middle line and stick the garland on until you get to the end. Create a couple of garland circles, stars or diamonds shapes to dot your letters and define the wall space.
I used a couple of Command hooks to hang my festive and easy art pieces. That’s it! Hoping that this holiday season brings us joy and lots of love into the new year.
