I’m so ready for Florida temps to get with the fall weather program and it looks like it’s finally happening! The kiss of chill low 70s and 60s air is so welcomed. When it comes to this time of year there’s nothing like a cozy and casual fall outfit to go out and about in. From running errands to pumpkin picking to low key date nights with babe at one of our favorite bars, this casual fall outfit is just perfect.

Get Into this Casual Fall Outfit
I love everything about these jeggings known simply as “The Jeggings” from Catherines. I got to try these on in my local Catherines just out of curiosity when I stopped by was to size down my leather skirt featured in my previous Catherine’s post, and I am hooked. There has to be fabric sorcery at play because they are thick like quality denim, but I have all the comfort and freedom of movement as I do with leggings.

One major dealbreaker with jeggings in general is that most of them still look like actual leggings. They’re not smoothing, they show every bump and dip, and everything is just jiggling away. I just don’t feel comfortable wearing that type of jegging anywhere to be honest. That is definitely not the case when it comes to “The Jeggings” from Catherines. They hug every curve, but give my legs and bum a smooth silhouette.
It’s not fall if you don’t break out some plaid y’all! I wore this studded navy check plaid top for traditional fall vibes. Inside the dressing rooms, I tried on a 0x which fit perfectly, but I wanted a slightly relaxed fit so I went with a 1x instead. I can wear it open as a light piece of outerwear, buttoned up and tucked (or not), or tied into a crop top.

All I need to figure out now is what fall activities I’ll be wearing this casual fall outfit for. Pumpkin picking, apple picking, hay rides with the fam? Maybe some fall family picks with everyone dressed in plaid and denim? Decisions decisions.
