Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort in Orlando was so good to us that it was a no brainer to keep Wyndham in mind for future trips. As I began my hunt for hotels near the TCF Style Expo at affordable rates, what should come up but another Wyndham hotel?! I was able to snag reservations at Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta Galleria Center via my favorite online travel site, Priceline!
All about Wingate by Wyndham’s Location
Wingate by Wyndham was the most affordable accommodation in such close proximity. It is half a mile (3 minutes) away from the Cobb Galleria center, 0.9 miles (4 minutes away) from the Cumberland Mall, and located perfectly close to multiple dining options. There’s a waffle house literally a right in front of the hotel. A Wendy’s is actually being built at the time of this post a 1 minute walk next to the hotel as well. Starbucks and a Walgreens are also close by. I just had to put my favorite places to dine in there.
My Room at Wingate by Wyndham
I was welcomed by a joyful staff in their modern common area and was actually given an option of choosing what floor I wanted to be on. Unheard of when booking through Priceline. Wingate by Wyndham did not disappoint with the room either. In addition to the comfy king size bed, we got a bonus stylish lounge area, and a workstation with ample charging ports for a busy blogger.
While I hustled in to the expo each of the two days, it was really convenient to grab a quick bite to eat at the complimentary breakfast space. While I was away at the event, babe was more than happy to relax in the indoor pool.
Room Favorites
I really enjoyed all the counter space next to the bathroom sink. I was able to layout all my skincare products and makeup on the large counter top and the huge wall to wall mirror was a plus. Babe and I were able to get ready at the same time without competing for a proper view.
My days did not end once the expo schedule ended. We both have friends and fam that we had see and catch up with since our move to Tallahassee. Once we did get back to our room we were happy to hit the sack in our plus yet firm king sized bed.
Rest assured that when you book your stay here, a pleasant experience is a given.
If you ever need affordable AND modern (very essential) lodging in the Cumberland area, I definitely recommend making your reservations here. It was an a comfy and most importantly convenient home away from home.
I can’t wait to stay at with Wyndham again on my next travel adventure.
